The Client Processing Associate is responsible for processing and validating client case files in line with defined procedures and regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely progression through established processing stages.
Responsibilities
- Execute assigned case-processing tasks in accordance with approved procedures and control frameworks
- Perform document intake, classification, and verification to ensure required information is correctly captured and recorded
- Update case statuses and processing milestones accurately within internal systems
- Issue structured requests for missing or clarifying information and track responses to closure
- Monitor processing queues and flag priority or time-sensitive cases for attention
- Record processing actions, decisions, and exceptions to maintain clear audit trails
- Escalate deviations from standard processing requirements in line with established escalation paths
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, administration, finance, or a related field
- Experience in operational, processing, or administrative roles involving structured workflows and documentation handling
- Familiarity with working in controlled or regulated environments where accuracy and procedural adherence are required
- Demonstrated ability to follow defined processes, checklists, and instructions with consistency
- Ability to manage routine, deadline-driven tasks across multiple cases or work queues
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and internal systems
- Ability to learn and apply procedural requirements and system workflows quickly
- English proficiency is required
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining consistent quality and deadline
