The Client Services Coordinator serves as a consistent point of contact for clients, supporting day-to-day coordination and communication throughout the service lifecycle. The role focuses on maintaining clarity, managing expectations, and ensuring information aligns with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Through regular interaction and follow-up, the Coordinator supports a reliable and structured client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients across core, ancillary, and supplementary services
  • Coordinate the delivery and progression of services by liaising between clients and internal or external service teams
  •  Provide clients with clear guidance on service scope, requirements, and next steps
  • Manage ongoing service-related communication, updates, and follow-ups to ensure continuity
  • Review service-related information for completeness and alignment with internal standards
  • Identify service issues, gaps, or risks and escalate them in line with internal guidelines
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in client services, service coordination, or customer-facing support roles
  • Comfortable managing multiple service streams or client needs in parallel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain service-related information clearly and confidently
  • Experience working in structured, regulated, or professional services environments is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through on service-related actions
  •  Proficiency in MS Office and internal systems or CRM tools
  • English proficiency is required 
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining consistent quality and deadline
