We are currently searching for a Technology Solution Manager:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence.
• Understand client's business requirements and engage with key portfolios across regions.
• Provide insights and feedback to delivery teams and CT Demand products and process workflows.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, domain experts, and Client Technology team members to enable delivery of Technical Solutions and Cost Estimations.
• Act as a liaison with Service Line (SL) Demand Managers to ensure demand pipelines are developed and prioritized to support business vision and growth strategies.
• Assist in process and product advisory during strategic portfolio conversations.
• Coordinate with Resource Planners to ensure appropriate resources are available to fulfill proposed solution plans.
• Follow standard methodologies, processes, and tools to respond to customer inquiries within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Minimum of 7 years overall IT industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work and team effectively with clients and management/PPEDD level stakeholders across geographies, demonstrating great customer focus.
• Project management and business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation, scope management, cost management, and requirements gathering.
• Understanding of the latest cloud computing and data technologies.
• Logical and organized approach to problem resolution with the ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions.
• Willingness to learn and quick to adapt to changing requirements, while identifying and recommending process improvements.
• Excellent management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Quality Analyst experience is a plus.
• Familiar with the latest technologies in the Microsoft Azure landscape.
• Work experience in a professional services industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.
