This role falls under our Consulting practice and is to offer both internal teams and external clients access to top-notch business professionals in the technology industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit candidates for senior-level technology specialist roles, including technology solution experts, solutions architects, technical architects, technology developers, data migration specialists, technology project managers, and business applications professionals.
  • Source technology professionals with specific experiences in technologies and applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, NetSuite, Solver, Sage Intacct, Workday, Avatax, and Vertex.
  • Screen and interview candidates to ensure that only the best-qualified are put forward to internal and external clients.
  • Consult with clients on overall hiring strategies, and tailoring recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, including compensation, to ensure candidates are evaluated using prevailing standards and measurements.
  • Build and develop our client portfolio, providing expert consultation to encourage repeat business.
  • Network with potential candidates to promote our brand and attract qualified professionals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements for internal and external Armanino clients.
  • Handle all aspects of the recruitment process for professionals in the information technology field.
  • Develop and execute a business development approach to continuously scan business markets for opportunities.
  • Balance recruiting efforts to appropriately meet urgent engagement needs, working with leadership to prioritize between internal and external opportunities.
  • Develop creative and innovative strategies to reach talent, deploy outreach campaigns, engage with talent, and perform screenings and background checks.
  • Write and post technical job descriptions on IT specialist job boards, social media, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage and lead engagements to maintain and enhance expected Consulting margin performance levels.
  • Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
  • Conduct interviews using a combination of methods, including structured interviews, technical knowledge assessments, and behavioral questions.
  • Build, cultivate, engage, and maintain an accessible network and database of technology professionals for pipeline opportunities.
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups with technology professionals.
  • Stay updated on technological trends to have strategic conversations with clients about their future hiring needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting.
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting for the technology sector with specific expertise in geographic and industry considerations relevant to attracting, cultivating, and acquiring talent.
  • Experience recruiting candidates for various ERPs, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Solver, Sage Intacct, Workday, Avatax, or Vertex.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats, such as Teams and Zoom.
  • Technical expertise and the ability to understand and explain job requirements for technology roles.
  • Experience using LinkedIn to source quality candidates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tenacity, resourcefulness, and a strong ability to build a solid network.
  • Team player with a strong ability to align expectations from multiple personalities to fulfill a focused objective.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in technology or technical recruiting for an agency or in a related business environment.
  • Strong experience in sales, business development, and client development.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. Compensation Range for this position: $94,500 - $153,500. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
