We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Technology Project Coordinator to join our IT team and support the delivery of technology components within property development and office relocation projects.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple IT functions—Technology Services, Delivery, and Architecture—ensuring seamless execution of office technology installations and workspace buildouts. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to coordinate technical requirements, manage project timelines, and drive successful outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinating IT infrastructure and office technology setup for new and renovated spaces.
Supporting project planning, tracking milestones, and managing risks and dependencies.
Facilitating communication between IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Assisting with procurement, logistics, and vendor onboarding.
Ensuring quality assurance and governance across all project phases.
Supporting post-occupancy reviews and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in IT project coordination, ideally within property or office relocation projects.
Familiarity with IT networks (WAN/LAN/WLAN), AV systems, and office technology.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, monday.com) and Excel.
Understanding of Agile and traditional project methodologies.
