- As a Project Analyst, you’ll be leading small projects or components of larger projects and leading on continuous improvement initiatives

In your new role, you’ll be taking ownership for aspects of project plans, progress reporting, resource plans, and resource requirements and making sure they’re in line with wider programme plans.
We’ll look to you to take responsibility for actioning status reports showing the progress against plans, making sure the project remains in scope and that all risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are reported against the project plans.
You’ll also be:
- Leading the project initiation document, making sure that the solution clearly supports and is aligned to our strategic goals
- Establishing key progress check points to be monitored and controlled
- Making sure that all project deliverables satisfy the requirements and adhere to the agreed governance framework
- Tracking, reporting on and realising project benefits
We’re looking for someone with an appropriate project management qualification, together with experience of delivering strategic projects that support a business strategy and its growth agenda.
You'll support the project managers to develop the design, build and delivery of the project scope within time, cost, quality and risk profile, and responsible for the end to end delivery of the projects
You’ll also bring:
Prepare and develop aspects of project plans, controls and resource plans, progress reporting on plans and controls and resource requirements, as directed by project managers or as required for the project
- Manage key progress check points to be monitored and controlled by senior colleagues
- Provide status reports to senior colleagues showing the progress against plans and making sure that the project remains in scope and that all risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are reported against the project plans
- Manage, or assure, any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
