Technology Products Technical Lead

Summary

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations.

You will support the delivery of technology solutions across lithium battery systems, charging infrastructure, and automation products, working closely with internal teams, customers, and global engineering.

This is a hands-on role where you will learn by doing, solving real problems, and contributing to live customer projects.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Support customer demonstrations, trials, and installations.
• Conduct site assessments and power studies to design fit-for-purpose solutions (battery, charger, infrastructure).
• Review and design CAD drawings for applications using Crown’s suite of technology products.
• Investigate product issues and identify root causes, working with Engineering to resolve and implement improvements.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation, specifications, and support resources.
• Assist in managing technical data across technology products and integrated systems.
• Develop training materials and support service teams with technical knowledge and tools.
• Contribute to building internal capability across new technologies.

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone who can learn fast and take ownership.

• Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, or similar technically minded person with CAD skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity for how systems work.
• Ability to break down technical problems and communicate clearly.
• High level of organisation and attention to detail.
• Willingness to get hands-on in both office and field environments.
