Job Description:VMware @ Broadcom is looking for a seasoned product management and marketing expert responsible for driving the ANS (Application Networking and Security) Division's security and application delivery products. You will be working to evangelize, insert, and expand VMware’s Firewall, Advanced Threat Prevention, and Avi Load Balancer Products with customers, identify use cases and insertion strategies, drive marketing campaigns, and build messaging and go-to-market collateral. You will be deeply engaged with managed IaaS service providers, telecom & mobile providers, and mid-market enterprise segments. This ANS product team is a fast-paced start-up environment where the successful candidate will wear many hats. Core ResponsibilitiesEngage closely with sales teams and ANS product sales as well as customers across multiple segments (including managed IaaS providers, telecom/mobile providers, and mid-market enterprises)
Work closely with product and engineering teams for customer requirements, feature prioritization, deployment simplification, and rapid consumption.
Produce marketing and messaging collateral (white papers, videos, blogs) on the technical and business value of the ANS portfolio based on the target audience
Represent Broadcom at events (VMUG, Explore), customer briefings, and analyst engagements
Equip sales teams with high-impact collaterals: battlecards, pitch decks, solution briefs, and objection handling guides
Create blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and customer-facing assets to clearly articulate product capabilities and unique value propositions
Gather customer, field, and analysts' feedback to help drive product differentiation
Track industry trends in the security space and translate them into messaging
Develop customer case studies and testimonials to build customer proofpoints and accelerate sales cycles
Required Skills:
Thorough knowledge of network security - Firewall, IDS/IPS, Hybrid Mesh Firewall, Malware Prevention, NTA/NDR
Deep understanding of the service provider and mid-market enterprise customer segment
Articulate and ability to deliver an impactful message to sales teams, customers, and partners
Speaking experience on industry forums and conferences
Experience in outbound and inbound product management, marketing, and business development
Required Education/Experience:
BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering-related field and 12+ years of related experience, or MS in Computer Science or Engineering-related field and 10+ years of related experience.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $141,300 - $226,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
