Responsibilities:

  • Bears oversight into the full program of a financial forecasting platform that supports Treasury and Finance partners.
  • Owns the working backwards documents for feature releases i.e. Product release doc, Press Release, FAQs
  • Makes use of research, user studies, metrics and competitive analysis to understand the customer and business needs for a platform product. Leverages data insights to inform prioritization and strategic direction.
  • At a program level ensure Strategic Alignment: Ensuring all projects within the program align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Program Planning and Design: Defining the program's scope, goals, and deliverables, and developing a comprehensive plan that integrates individual project plans.
  • Resource Management: Allocating and managing resources (human, financial, and material) across different projects within the program to ensure efficient utilization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identifying and engaging with all relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership, project managers, teams, and external partners, to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks at the program level, which can impact multiple projects.
  • Budget Management: Overseeing the overall program budget, ensuring financial objectives are met and managing variances.
  • Governance and Oversight: Establishing and maintaining program governance structures, processes, and controls to monitor progress, ensure compliance, and make informed decisions.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking the overall performance of the program, including progress, risks, and benefits realization, and reporting regularly to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Benefit Realization: Focusing on ensuring that the intended benefits of the program are achieved and sustained.
  • Change Management: Managing organizational change associated with the program's outcomes.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Providing leadership, guidance, and support to project managers and their teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Problem Resolution: Acting as an escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved at the project level, and facilitating solutions.
  • Identifies issues that will keep the platform features from delivering on time and/or with the desired requirements and communicates to leadership.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years in a program management/ product management environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Data driven and results-oriented.
  • Proficient with Excel and intermediate functions; insightful in synthesizing data to generate impactful decks.
  • Strong financial background with an understanding of fundamental principles.
  • Experience in affecting large culture change.
  • Skilled at working with third-party service providers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$96,960.00 - $145,440.00
