As a Technology Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping us build one of the fastest growing programs at the company: Partnerships! You will be responsible for managing a growing book of technology partners listed on our integration marketplace, increasing adoption of integrations across the company, and generating revenue for the organization through partner referrals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of Integrated Technology Partners
  • Develop a long-term strategy for your partners to refer qualified leads and become revenue productive
  • Onboard newly launched technology partners by setting KPI’s, creating mutual action plans, and driving accountability across the partner base.
  • Drive aggressive partner sourced pipeline growth for our partnerships team through consistent, thoughtful joint tech partner engagement strategies 
  • Foster direct relationships with the sellers at our technology partners to source net new pipeline
  • Work with our Sales + Customer Success teams to problem solve for our customers and prospects leveraging our app marketplace and relationships with our integrated technology partners
  • Increase adoption of integrations across existing mutual customers
  • Work closely & consistently with the Integrations + Ecosystem team to drive future integration strategy, ensure smooth transition from their team to ours, and track valuable program KPI’s
  • Host partner engagement activities including lunch & learns, co-marketing campaigns, webinars, etc.
  • Become an expert in presenting the value of our HiBob and our partner program
  • Create presentations that help communicate impact and requirements to key stakeholders, gain organizational buy-in and drive forward execution. 

**Note: We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office 2-3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday). We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!**

Base salaries for this role range from $100,000 - $145,000 per year. Additionally this role has an additional 30% variable compensation component based on achieving revenue targets.

Our pay bands are wide because great candidates come to us with a broad range of experience and skill sets. When making individual pay rate decisions, we take into account the candidates’ depth of experience, their qualifications relative to incumbent employees, and their location-among other factors.

Requirements

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. If you don’t have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.

  • 3+ years of experience managing technology partners at a high growth SaaS company
  • Experience launching new technology partnerships from go live on the marketplace & creating pipeline focused, revenue productive long term partnerships
  • Revenue focused and able to manage partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle (from lead submission to closed won)
  • Experience in HR tech related fields - huge plus!
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and growing programs from the ground up
  • Capable of independently leading external client or partner conversations with executives
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes less structured, and entrepreneurial environment
