We are currently hiring a Tech Support Intern to support our team and help drive our mission forward! This is a hybrid role based in Draper, UT.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Assist with technical support requests via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and system issues
- Support ticket tracking and documentation
- Help with equipment setup and system access
- Learn to escalate complex issues
- Support account access and system-related requests
YOU’LL BRING:
- Interest in IT support or technology
- Basic knowledge of computers or troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (preferred)
