As a Director of Sales here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide strategic guidance and direction for the sales organization, drive sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
You will report directly to our Senior Director, Customer Business within the OEM team and you’ll work out of our Switzerland, UK or United States location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact Honeywell Aerospace's market leadership by driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning the company as a leader in the aerospace industry through effective sales strategies and team leadership.

This role is part of the Commercial Original Equipment Manufacturing business group, focused on delivering high-quality aerospace components and systems to original equipment manufacturers worldwide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic pursuits, providing guidance, strategy, deal construction, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers from the working level to the executive level, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Leverage a strong internal network, through the executive ranks to advance sales pursuits, advocate for your customer and deliver to performance metrics
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership
- Partner with internal stakeholders to influence product and offering strategy, program execution and operational support
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
