We are looking for a driven Technology Implementation Specialist (Microsoft 365 & Copilot) to support the successful adoption of Microsoft 365 and AI-based productivity tools for enterprise clients. The role involves leading workshops, onboarding sessions, and user trainings as part of end-to-end implementation projects, alongside hands-on work within customer environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation projects for Microsoft 365 and AI-based productivity tools with global clients.
  • Conduct discovery and needs assessment sessions to define adoption strategies and technical solutions.
  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to various user groups.
  • Deliver professional trainings, workshops, and onboarding sessions (in-person and remote) for end users, managers, and IT teams.
  • Create clear and user-friendly documentation, playbooks, and learning materials.
  • Support clients post-implementation, helping ensure successful and sustained adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt solutions to meet both technical and business needs.
  • Utilize low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Power Platform) to build simple agents, bots, or workflows where relevant.
  • Stay updated on trends and new features within the Microsoft ecosystem and modern work technologies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven experience in delivering technological trainings and enablement programs, combined with hands-on involvement in technology implementation projects.
  • Academic degree in a technological field and/or a degree in Learning Technologies / Instructional Design.
  • Strong technological background with the ability to work hands-on with enterprise systems as part of implementation projects.
  • Experience working directly with large and/or international clients, including delivery in diverse organizational environments.
  • Proven ability to design, deliver, and facilitate professional trainings, workshops, and onboarding sessions, including creation of supporting learning materials.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English – fluent spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 technologies such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, or Power Apps – a significant advantage.
  • Exposure to AI-based productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot or similar solutions – an advantage.
  • Ability to translate business and user needs into practical, usable technology solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, independence, and comfort working in client-facing, delivery-oriented roles.
