Qualifications

What You’ll Do as a Technology Finance Administrator
 

We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Technology cost management processes and ways of working (WoW).
  • Manage and maintain the Technology PO requisition process, including documentation, cost centres, and project codes.
  • Oversee cost tracking activities in SoftCo, including PO creation, accruals, ageing items, and period-end processes.
  • Ensure accurate PO management by working with teams to review reports, close fully utilised POs, and resolve invoicing issues.
  • Act as a key contact for stakeholders, coordinating communication, managing the cost management mailbox, and collaborating with Finance and Procurement.
  • Support vendor onboarding (via Zip), training initiatives, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.

  • Demonstrates 1–2 years of experience in administrative, finance, procurement, or vendor management roles, with strong analytical capabilities to identify trends, variances, and issues in financial data.
  • Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with confidence in handling and analyzing large datasets.
  • Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing, building strong stakeholder relationships and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, acting as a proactive and professional team player with the confidence to appropriately challenge stakeholders when needed.
  • Possesses advanced IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of ERP or financial systems such as Oracle or SoftCo considered advantageous.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on process improvement, prioritization, and driving operational efficiency in fast-paced environments.
