Lead and develop a night-shift depot team to meet operational KPIs, ensure on-time trailer loading, manage labour and agency, maintain WMS reporting, enforce safety and company policies, and drive productivity and product traceability.

Lead development and productionisation of machine learning, optimisation and experimentation solutions. Build scalable data science products and pipelines, partner with stakeholders to define measures and deliver commercial impact, mentor colleagues, and contribute to data science strategy across retail use cases.

Lead and manage end-to-end AP, AR and payments across multiple entities, oversee finance systems (Oracle, SoftCo) and reporting, resolve queries and recover debt, maintain compliance and controls, liaise with GBS teams and stakeholders, and drive finance transformation, automation, and continuous process improvements.

Support menswear design by researching trends, assisting range development, collaborating with buying and merchandising, managing design timelines, preparing presentations, and ensuring commercial, cost-aware product decisions.
