Riveron is a OneStream Diamond Partner looking for a Manager focused on the OneStream Platform to join our Technology Enablement practice. This client-facing role will be focused on three areas.


· Primary focus will be engagement delivery, team management and quality assurance on the OneStream platform.

· Work side-by-side with our leadership team in assisting with multiple client engagements ranging from implementations or optimizations, integrations, and technical support. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven implementation background and the willingness to serve as a leader through the above areas.

· Assistance with sales and practice development. Participate in sales opportunities and furthering practice capabilities and development of team members.

 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • 3+ years of implementation or optimization of the OneStream Platform
  • Completed several full-cycle OneStream Implementations
  • Experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement OneStream solutioning
  • Experience with VB.net or Visual Basic and business rule writing
  • Solid understanding of core Actual and FP&A financial concepts and statements
  • Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting processes and procedures (financial close, financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, account reconciliation, etc.)
  • Understanding of delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture
  • Experience assisting customer workshop sessions to educate customers on the latest technology trends and leading practices
  • Broad knowledge and solutioning of the OneStream MarketPlace solutions
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Products and data modelling
  • OneStream Certified Associate Administration and/or Implementation Foundation
  • OneStream Certified Professional a plus
  • You have the ability to develop, grow and sustain client relationships.

  • You have the ability to work in ever-changing, dynamic environments.
  • You have the ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Execute Engagements
  • o Collaborate with Riveron team members to develop effective OneStream solutions.

    o Work directly with Riveron team members to develop business requirements and translate requirements into specific OneStream functionality.

    o Lead/Assist with workshops to define implementation strategies.

    o Lead/Assist with implementation team(s) in executing implementation.

    o Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews for engagements.

    o Collaborate with broader Riveron capability teams to interface with other opportunities.

  • OneStream Practice Development
  • o Work with practice leadership to develop OneStream Case Studies, technical training, business development training and collateral, and engagement materials/templates.

  • Assist with Business Development and Sales
  • o Assist with pre-sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project level-of-effort and to assist in determining fit for purpose requirements presented.

    o Assist with scoping OneStream modules and services required to assist clients in achieving engagement objectives.
