Schneller is seeking a Technology Development Engineer to join our Research & Development team. In this role, you'll help discover, evaluate, and implement advanced manufacturing technologies that improve product quality, increase efficiency, and support the future of aviation interiors.

What You'll Do- Develop and evaluate new manufacturing technologies and processes.
- Design and conduct experiments to improve products and production capabilities.
- Analyze process data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build predictive models and tools that help bring new products to market faster.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and product issues using scientific and engineering principles.
- Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a Physical Science (Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Physics, etc.).
- Experience in a manufacturing, laboratory, or process engineering environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis and process improvement.
- Programming experience with Python, SQL, MATLAB, R, C++, or similar is a plus.
- Experience with process controls, sensors, or automation technologies is preferred.
- A self-starter who enjoys learning new technologies and working across multiple disciplines.
- To conform with US export regulations and ITAR 120.15 and EAR Part 772, incumbents for this role must be eligible for any required authorizations from the US government.
