Schneller is seeking a Technology Development Engineer to join our Research & Development team. In this role, you'll help discover, evaluate, and implement advanced manufacturing technologies that improve product quality, increase efficiency, and support the future of aviation interiors.

This is an opportunity to work on meaningful projects that have a direct impact on products used by leading aircraft manufacturers around the world.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and evaluate new manufacturing technologies and processes.
  • Design and conduct experiments to improve products and production capabilities.
  • Analyze process data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build predictive models and tools that help bring new products to market faster.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing and product issues using scientific and engineering principles.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver innovative solutions.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a Physical Science (Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Physics, etc.).
  • Experience in a manufacturing, laboratory, or process engineering environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and process improvement.
  • Programming experience with Python, SQL, MATLAB, R, C++, or similar is a plus.
  • Experience with process controls, sensors, or automation technologies is preferred.
  • A self-starter who enjoys learning new technologies and working across multiple disciplines.
  • To conform with US export regulations and ITAR 120.15 and EAR Part 772, incumbents for this role must be eligible for any required authorizations from the US government.
