Administer and secure Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Purview, and related cloud services. Manage identity, endpoint compliance, email, collaboration governance, security, and compliance controls. Support responsible adoption of Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform by developing AI workflows, assistants, chatbots, and automation. Provide advanced technical support, documentation, training, governance, and project execution.

Lead a technical team to evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and equipment, drive projects from concept through production scale-up, troubleshoot complex manufacturing and process issues, and use data-driven experimentation to improve quality, safety, and productivity while partnering with R&D, Engineering, Quality, and Operations.

Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems, HMIs, and SCADA for manufacturing equipment. Integrate sensors, VFDs, motion control, and industrial networks; support commissioning, validation, OT–IT integration, and documentation. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, suppliers, and IT to improve reliability, process control, data visibility, and manufacturing efficiency.
