As a Change Management Senior Associate within our Technology Performance team at RSM, you will play a pivotal leadership role within our Organizational Change Management team. This team focuses on accelerating the time to value for clients by identifying necessary employee behavior changes, reducing resistance to these changes, and sustaining new behaviors to ensure the delivery of business case benefits. In this supervisory position, you will oversee project teams, guide client stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of customized solutions that drive change initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and achieve organizational goals. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work on the delivery of projects to help optimize all elements of the finance function including but not limited to: Readiness Assessment, Business Process Improvement, Shared Services Implementation, Business Case Development, Technology Deployment, CCRAs, PCT Surveys, Stakeholder Analysis, Communication Plan, Training Plan and other Transformation activities  

  • Expert understanding of Transformation and Change Management function and the people, process, and technology that support the business function  

  • Subject matter expert in various business processes, including:  ProSci: ADKAR, Kotter's, William Bridges, demonstrated understand of how organizations function and are structured  

  • Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes  

  • Understand firm capabilities and ability to expand client service across lines of business  

  • Develop industry specialization and drive targeting, marketing, and training activities within industry  

  • Build client relationships and deliver quality client services. Work on concurrent projects to completion and assist our clients uncover additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process  

  • Assist in developing new products, solutions and deliverables for the rapidly changing OCM Transformation environment  

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a large organization or professional services firm  

  • 1 yr. experience leading and managing project teams from sales to project closure  

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment  

  • Executive presence and an understanding of stakeholder / client relationship management  

  • Ability to travel > 50 % locally and internationally   

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills  

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve productivity and quality of work 

  • Strong understanding of AI limitations, risks, and responsible use practices 

  • Ability to critically evaluate and validate AI generated outputs 

  • Experience integrating AI into daily workflows and business processes 

  • Continuous learning mindset to stay current with emerging AI capabilities 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Fluent in French  

  • MBA or advanced degree 

  • Prosci Change Management Certification, CCMP (ACMP), APMG Change Management Practitioner

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $82,500 - $142,600

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
