- Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups

Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Any bachelor's degree with total 2-6 years of experience in Payments or Liquidity domains
- 0.6 to 1yr+ years Flexcube Core / OBPM (Payment)/ OBLM (Liquidity Management)
- Demonstrated experience with implementations of Core banking and Payment applications.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Flexcube in a Product Development, Testing Operations, or Business Systems Consulting role ( in Technology / Product Development).
- Experience working in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodology with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, document processes and create test cases.
- Experience with Testing and Defect Tracking software, such as ALM or JIRA.
- Ability to operate independently under strict timelines.
- Create of Test Plans, Test scripts and Test Execution (Manual / Automated) for applications Flexcube / OBPM / OBLM.
- Participate in Business Requirement Document and Functional Specification Document Reviews.
- Provide Defect triage, Test summary and Test Status Reporting and Utilization.
- Conduct meetings and reviews as required with relevant stakeholders.
- Engage & collaborate with end users as part of End User Testing.
- Ensure Strict adherence to timelines and focus on deliverables.
- Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met.
- 1yr+ years of experience with Flexcube, Testing (System Integration, Regression, User Acceptance), Business Analysis, or Ops-Production support role
- Demonstrated experience coordinating requirements, testing and implementation of medium to large scale enterprise projects with multiple dependencies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience tracking and reporting milestones including key deliverables and due dates.
- Demonstrated knowledge of required testing/validation methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in Automation tools will be an added advantage.
- Experience in attending Scrum ceremonies like Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, Sprint retrospective meetings.
- Knowledge of AI tools preferred.
