Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring for a Technology and Systems Consultant on behalf of its client. This is an onsite, task order based consulting role supporting a large public sector organization across multiple departments.

The consultant performs technology assessment, systems analysis, and implementation support on assigned task orders, gathering technical requirements, evaluating existing systems and infrastructure, and producing the documentation behind client recommendations. Placement is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technology and systems assessments, including inventory of current systems, interfaces, and infrastructure
  
• Gather and document technical requirements through stakeholder interviews, system review, and workflow observation
  
• Support cybersecurity reviews, control testing, evidence collection, and audit response activities
  
• Assist with cloud migration planning and execution in AWS or Azure environments
  
• Support network services work, including configuration review, connectivity assessment, and implementation coordination
  
• Contribute to systems integration activities, including interface testing and technical coordination with vendors
  
• Produce technical documentation covering architecture, configurations, procedures, and assessment findings
  
• Track and report task order progress, issues, and risks to the assigned project manager
  
• Support quality assurance reviews of technology implementations and technical deliverables
  
• Maintain availability for client consultation between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, respond to inquiries within one business day, and respond to urgent requests within four hours
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience
  
• Minimum four years of experience in systems analysis, technology consulting, or enterprise IT support
  
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity control frameworks such as NIST 800 53 or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework
  
• Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform, AWS or Azure
  
• Experience writing technical documentation for both technical and non technical audiences
  
• Ability to work independently under broad direction and to handle sensitive information with discretion
  
• Ability to report onsite in Frederick, Maryland on the schedule required by the assigned task order
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting a government client at the federal, state, county, or municipal level
  
• Experience with systems integration, API testing, or ERP support
  
• Exposure to enterprise network design or wireless implementation projects
  
• Currently residing in the Frederick, Maryland area or the surrounding region
  

Certifications

One or more of the following is required. Copies of all certificates must be provided with your application:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Associate
  
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  
• ITIL Foundation
  

Compensation

$50.00 to $66.00 per hour, depending on experience and certifications. Benefits vary by employment classification and are discussed during the interview process.
