As a Financial Services Tax - Real Estate Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the intricate landscape of tax obligations, both locally and internationally. Within our Tax practice, you will provide strategic consulting on business analysis, working capital management, and profit sharing, while advising on the tax implications of deals and pricing between related parties. This role is essential in helping our Financial Services clients navigate the ever-evolving tax environment, addressing challenges related to capital requirements and operational tax risks.
As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations, and translating vision into actionable strategies. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to uphold our reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together. In this role, you will identify market gaps and convert opportunities into success, creating value propositions that enhance client satisfaction and scale efficiencies across projects.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on local and international tax affairs to optimize business impact
- Managing tax compliance and structuring for financial services clients in asset and wealth management
- Analyzing and addressing operational tax risks and implications of investing across jurisdictions
- Drafting and reviewing tax documents to validate accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Facilitating strategic tax planning and profit-sharing consultations for partners
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform tax strategies and decisions
- Leading teams in the preparation and submission of regulatory tax filings
- Promoting innovation and embracing change in tax practices and methodologies
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders to enhance service delivery
- Supporting the development of scalable efficiencies and new ways of working across projects
- Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct in all client interactions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

The salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $438,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
