Technology and Innovation - Salesforce Advanced Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Advanced Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and maintaining the Salesforce platform to align with our business goals. You will support a diverse set of users across the organization, ensuring the platform is functioning efficiently and effectively. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Salesforce to drive performance improvements, integrations, and automation solutions in a dynamic environment.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Salesforce Administrator with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in optimizing Salesforce environments.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce functionality, including advanced configuration, automation, and integrations.
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex issues and resolving platform-related challenges efficiently.
• Strong ability to problem-solve, enhance platform performance, and implement best practices.
• Skilled in advanced automation tools, such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex.
• Expertise in Salesforce integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange between Salesforce and external systems.
• Collaborative mindset, working with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce meets business needs and objectives.
• Capable of delivering impactful solutions that improve business processes and user experience.
• Focused on driving continuous improvement and ensuring Salesforce is aligned with evolving business requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Administer and configure the Salesforce platform to meet organizational needs.
• Create and modify Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
• Design and implement workflow rules, validation rules, and process automation using tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers.
• Set up, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards for data-driven insights.
• Manage user profiles, roles, and security settings to ensure optimal user experience.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce performance issues, recommending and implementing improvements.
• Manage data imports/exports and oversee data quality using tools such as Data Loader, MuleSoft, and other ETL solutions.
• Ensure accurate and consistent data across the Salesforce environment.
• Implement and oversee integrations with ERP systems, marketing automation tools, and other enterprise applications.
• Enforce security protocols within Salesforce, managing user profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
• Ensure field-level, object-level, and record-level security across various user groups.
• Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Provide advanced user support, addressing complex queries and troubleshooting system-related issues.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end users to drive adoption and promote best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on processes, configurations, and customizations.
• Work closely with business units to understand their needs and deliver Salesforce solutions that support their goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes, automation, and system functionality to optimize Salesforce performance.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, ensuring the platform remains current and optimized.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, with at least 3 years in an advanced administrative role.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic interfaces.
• Advanced knowledge of automation tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Apex.
• Proven track record in data management and systems integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and third-party integration tools.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) required.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) certification preferred.
• Additional certifications, such as Salesforce Platform App Builder, are a plus.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, reporting, and user management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Experience providing user training and support at all levels.
• Proficient in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar.
• Familiarity with data management tools like Data Loader and Dataloader.io.Understanding of data security protocols, including encryption and privacy standards.
