We're seeking someone to join our Finance Operations Risk Tech team as a Techno-Functional Project Manager, Capital Market. Program Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of cross-divisional technology initiatives, including discretionary and regulatory projects. This role requires strong leadership, project and stakeholder management skills to drive complex programs across multiple technology and business teams.

This is Associate position that oversees and leads the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.  Includes program management and related project support roles.

What you'll do in the role:

• Manage and deliver cross-functional technology projects involving development, infrastructure, security risk, and technology governance functions. 
• Conduct feasibility studies and business analysis, documenting current and target state solutions.
• Collaborate with technology and various non-tech functions, including Compliance, to perform impact analysis and maintain documentation of business and technology processes.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for key governance forums, including working groups and steering committees.
• Support the development of implementation strategies and detailed project plans; work to update schedules, define milestones, and ensure timely delivery of key deliverables.
• Establish and maintain a robust framework for identifying, tracking, and monitoring project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, costs, and resources (RAID management).
• Liaise with Technology, Operations, Finance, and Risk teams to coordinate testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Engage with global and regional counterparts to drive synergies, promote knowledge sharing, and ensure adherence to global best practices. 

What you'll bring to the role:

• 2-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a major management consulting firm or financial institution; technical background preferred.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, ideally within investment banking (sales & trading). Exposure to finance, operations, technology, or internal audit is a plus.
• Proven experience in hands-on project management, particularly in financial services technology initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work proactively, creatively, and analytically in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and within global teams.
• Domain knowledge and project experience in -
o Front-to-back trade lifecycle fundamentals, with emphasis on front-office trading
o Equity and/or Fixed Income.
o Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
