Dans vos fonctions, en jumelage avec nos techniciens vous serez appelé à

  • Effectuer le dépannage de systèmes et d’équipements industriels;

  • Effectuer l’entretien préventif et prédictif de systèmes et d’équipements industriels;

  • Participer à la conception, à la modification, à l'introduction de systèmes et d’équipements industriels;

  • Participer ponctuellement à l'installation de systèmes et d’équipements industriels; 

  • Participer ponctuellement à la mise en marche de systèmes et d’équipements industriels; 

  • Rectifier la cause des problèmes mécaniques, hydrauliques, pneumatique et motorisé de systèmes et d’équipements industriels;

  • Le parc d'équipements industriels est composé de: tours, fraiseuses, machines à fileter, machines à commandes numériques, outils de perçage industriels, ponts roulants, systèmes de positionnement avion, plateforme élévatrice motorisée, etc…

  • Démonter les ensembles afin de préparer ou de réparer ou remplacer les pièces défectueuses;

  • Remonter ensuite les ensembles et aligner les machines et équipement;

  • Effectuer des travaux en hauteur nécessitant un échafaudage, nacelle ou BICO;

  • Utiliser des outils électriques ou manuels suivant les opérations à effectuer;

  • Se servir des instruments de mesures nécessaires à l’exécution des tâches mentionnés ci-dessus;

  • Lire et interpréter des plans mécanique de systèmes et d'équipements industriels;

  •  Modifier les équipements actuels et fabriquer des pièces ou des éléments de fixation, le cas échéant;

  • Participer aux différentes démarches de l'amélioration continue, 5S, TPM, Santé sécurité

En tant que candidat idéal, vous possédez : 

  • DEC en Maintenance Industrielle ou DEC en génie mécanique

  • Connaissances générales en mécanique industrielle

  • Sens de l’organisation;

  • Rigueur;

  • Esprit d’équipe;

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

  • Troubleshoot industrial systems and equipment;

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of industrial systems and equipment;

  • Participate in the design, modification and introduction of industrial systems and equipment;

  • Participate in the installation of industrial systems and equipment; 

  • Participate in the operation of industrial systems and equipment; 

  • Rectify the cause of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and motorized problems of industrial systems and equipment;

  • The industrial equipment fleet consists of: lathes, milling machines, threading machines, digital control machines, industrial drilling tools, overhead cranes, aircraft positioning systems, powered lift platform, etc...

  • Disassemble assemblies to prepare or repair or replace defective parts;

  • Then reassemble assemblies and align machinery and equipment;

  • Perform work at heights requiring scaffolding, nacelle or BICO;

  • Use power or hand tools according to the operations to be performed;

  • Use the measurement instruments necessary to perform the above tasks;

  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings of industrial systems and equipment;

  • Modify existing equipment and manufacture parts or fasteners as required;

  • Participate in the various steps of continuous improvement, 5S, TPM, Health and Safety

As the ideal candidate you possess:

  • DEC in Industrial Maintenance or DEC in Mechanical Engineering
  • General knowledge of industrial mechanics
  • Sense of organization;

  • Rigorous;

  • Team player.
