Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate receipt of both incoming inventory and non-inventory shipments and perform visual inspections as required.
- Prepare and ensure timely delivery of materials to internal and external customers.
- Perform inventory management activities including receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory transactions.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support daily warehouse operations.
- Complete warehouse 6S activities and follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Operate warehouse systems including SAP, MWM, ShipDoc, and ShipOut.
- Support production operations by ensuring timely material availability and movement.
- Coordinate with internal customers and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment following safety regulations.
- Support warehouse automation and digitalization initiatives as required.
- Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work.
- Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in report development, workflow automation, AI-assisted tools, or digital solutions (e.g., Power BI, Power Platform, Copilot) is encouraged.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, semiconductor, or supply chain operations.
- Certification for forklift operation and experience handling material moving equipment.
- Experience with SAP, MWM, WMS, ERP, or other inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations.
- Experience handling chemicals, hazardous materials, or regulated materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with chemical storage, transportation, safety requirements, and EHS regulations.
- Experience with warehouse automation systems such as ASRS, VLM, AGV/AMR, conveyor systems, or automated material handling systems.
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
