Job Description
We all have been there: you buy a new product, try to set it up according to the user manual, and fail to do so due to the document’s unnecessary complexity. Badly written user documentation is a common thing nowadays, but not for Motorola Solutions products! Our team of Technical Writers knows how to communicate complex ideas with transparency, coherence, and user-centered approach. If you think you can help us continue to do that, we would like to hear from you
The Intern will be responsible for:
- Developing user documentation/online helps for Motorola Solutions products.
- Collaborating with engineers to create technically accurate and well-written procedures.
- Testing equipment/software procedures in an actual lab environment.
- Getting to know Motorola Solutions products through online trainings.
- Converting existing legacy documentation into new formats.
- Taking part in project and team meetings to share ideas and project status.
Basic Requirements
This is what will be required:
- Student status (4-5 year of studies)
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills
- Advanced communication skills, easiness in establishing contact with other people
- Willingness and ability to acquire highly technical IT and telecommunications knowledge
- Attention to details
- Creativity and non-standard thinking
