Skills Required
- 5+ years of professional technical writing experience, including senior-level or lead contributor experience.
- Expertise in MadCap Flare and structured authoring methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted writing tools and content optimization practices.
- Experience using Azure DevOps to manage documentation deliverables.
- Experience using Azure Storage Explorer to access and organize content.
- Strong ability to interpret user stories, business requirements, and technical specifications into clear documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong editing capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with software development, cloud technologies, instructional design, or user education.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
