Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Writer to develop comprehensive documentation supporting system migration and MES cutover activities. This role may be combined with the MES Cutover Lead position if a suitable candidate is identified.
The focus is on producing clear, structured, and actionable documentation for both technical and operational audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain migration runbooks, cutover plans, and SOPs
- Document system architectures, workflows, and procedures
- Translate technical inputs into clear, user-friendly documentation
- Support knowledge transfer and training materials development
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with project timelines
- Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, and project teams
- 4+ years of experience in technical writing within IT, OT, or engineering environments
- Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear documentation
- Experience with migration, implementation, or operational documentation
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Language Requirement: Advanced / Fluent English (mandatory)
- Experience in manufacturing, MES, or system migration projects
- Familiarity with documentation tools and standards (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, SOP frameworks)
