Tasks and Responsibilities- Create and develop documentation as per the projects or initiatives requirements.
- Incorporate all information into required IT infrastructure, process, and service definition documents, support policies, work instructions, user documents, training guides, and other relevant documents.
- Deliver technical writing status reports.
- Escalate issue and log risks where help is required from management.
- Participate in IT, process, and service design meetings with relevant SMEs (Subject Matter Experts).
- Gather all relevant IT, process, service, and support information from relevant SMEs and PMs.
- Review and edit technical writing by other team members to maintain clarity, consistency, and quality.
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Technical Writer, familiar with the documentation lifecycle and corresponding quality assurance reviews
- To be handy in technical communication, which includes but is not limited to technical writing, instructional design, technical editing, copyediting or proofreading, quality assurance, and user experience design
- Experience with gathering feedback and measuring success in documentation efforts (i.e. usage analytics, real-time critical feedback, gathering business feedback, et al)
- Problem solving skills; a self-starter who takes initiative
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Multi-tasking and handling changes in requirements or schedule
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
