We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Training & Technology Rotational Program manager to lead training programs to enhance skills across our enterprise technology team in Newport Beach, CA. This role will also facilitate our existing Technology rotational program for our internal talent.

This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.

This role is pivotal in creating programs that future-proof technical talent within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical training, program management, and a passion for developing technology professionals throughout their technical career journey.

How you’ll help move us forward:

Technical Training

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create a technology-focused training approach and selection of technical training vendor partners
  • Oversee the delivery of vendor provided training services to ensure technology objectives are met
  • Support the technical training needs of key projects by leveraging in-house training platforms and content to coordinate the delivery of targeted training in partnership with our Talent Development team.

Technology Rotational Program

  • Partner with HR to identify, hire and onboard associates for participation in our Technology rotational program including early career professionals
  • Coordinate the ongoing logistics of the Technology Rotational Program to identify rotational assignments, manage bi-annual training workshops, place participants into assignments and oversee participant performance
  • Implement continuous improvements to the program (ex. Rebranding, assignment solicitation processes, etc.)
  • Measure and report on program success by tracking outcomes, financial metrics and participant feedback

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with HR and Technology leadership to identify technical skills, capabilities and training needs
  • Partner with external training providers and educational institutions as needed.
  • Communicate goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders

Program Management:

  • Oversee the budget and resources allocated to the technology training programs and the Technology rotational program
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress

The experience you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A technical background is a plus
  • 8 years+ of experience in technical training and program management
  • Previous vendor management experience
  • Previous experience managing early career rotational programs
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
  • Experience working with diverse and global teams is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$159,660.00 - $195,140.00
