Under general direction, designs and conducts training programs under limited supervision. Analyzes business unit work process, environment to recommend employee training and development programs to business unit management. Determines the best instructional methods for each training session, and tests trainees to measure learning progress. Evaluates training programs and conducts return-on-investment studies. Coaches associate and/or intermediate level trainers.
