What Makes This Role Great:
In this role, you will deliver remote and in-person training for construction clients of all sizes as well as ensuring new clients receive a best in class onboarding experience. You will tailor training to the client size and work with internal teams to develop your knowledge of software features that will enable our clients to use our software to its full potential.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
Assist new or existing clients with training needs and questions such as new client installation
Provide technical training via various onsite and virtual training methods
Provide client support by actively working in the training queue when not in training or working on training documentation
Manage end-to-end client onboarding, system setup, and process mapping with clear documentation
Cultivate lasting partner relationships, serving as a go-to expert and client advocate
Create and update materials for classroom trainings and eLearning courses
Essential Skills & Experience:
Educational background or hands-on experience in construction, civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, or project management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
Ability to make effective, timely decisions
Knowledge of Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A self-starter mindset with strong organisation and time management capabilities
Bonus Points For:
Experience with Total Estimation products or similar ConTech software platforms.
Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards or industry best practices
Background in developing and leading structured training or enablement programs
Logistics:
Location: Leeds, UK - four days in office
Travel Requirement: Up to 25%
