The Technical Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing after-sales technical training programs to ensure the technical competency of dealer networks and third-party partners in line with VinFast’s global standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop training strategies, roadmaps, and annual training plans for after-sales technical functions in alignment with VinFast’s product portfolio and market expansion.

  • Develop, localize, and continuously improve technical training content; ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all training materials across markets.

  • Deliver technical knowledge transfer programs through online and/or in-person training sessions for dealers and third-party partners.

  • Build, develop, and manage internal technical trainers, including classroom observation, competency assessment, and periodic teaching qualification reviews.

  • Organize technical assessments, skill competitions, and certification programs; manage the issuance and governance of technical certifications.

  • Monitor and evaluate post-training effectiveness through trainee feedback, competency assessments, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with After Sales, Technical, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of training programs.



RequirementsQualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Automation, or related fields).

  • Proven experience in technical training management, preferably within automotive, manufacturing, or after-sales service environments.

  • Strong knowledge of training frameworks, competency assessment, and technical certification systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and work effectively with dealer networks and external partners.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
