The position is based in the US and can be performed remotely when necessary. Applicants must hold United States citizenship or US permanent resident status. 

About The Position:

The Technical Training & Development Manager is responsible for developing, delivering, and optimizing product training for Keyfactor employees, partners, and customers. This role will work with various key stakeholders from across the business to develop product training materials to advance the deployment capabilities of technical engineers and promote and improve the adoption of the Keyfactor solutions worldwide.

Responsibilities: 

Develop and Manage Product Training:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive training materials for Keyfactor University, including curriculum, written guides, audio, video, and lab resources.
  • Ensure all training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with new product releases and functionality, adhering to corporate branding guidelines.
  • Prioritize and manage projects to meet deadlines and launch schedules, while identifying and addressing any potential training gaps.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from internal and external sources to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product documentation teams to ensure consistency between training materials and product content.
  • Partner with Marketing to deliver webinars and promote Command and Keyfactor University offerings.

Support Organizational and Customer Success:

  • Align training initiatives with Keyfactor’s Knowledge Management goals and overall vision to drive business outcomes.
  • Foster a sense of urgency and commitment to deliver value for customers and employees at all levels, ensuring impactful and effective interactions.
  • Champion Knowledge Management practices, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

High degree of autonomy, leadership, and strategic decision-making. Principals are senior professionals who have extensive expertise and are trusted to lead major initiatives, projects, or departments. They have the authority to shape policies, set direction, and make significant decisions that impact the organization's overall strategy and operations. An individual’s ability to successfully execute the job responsibilities is based the following minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent understanding of content creation, strategy, and execution.
  • Extensive experience managing a project, collaborating with a team of content creators and developing integrated content strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of brand voice, content alignment, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Excellent experience with content management and learning management tools.
  • Advanced experience with content development and design systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office.
  • Advanced writing and editing skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in analytics, and project management tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage and oversee all aspects of content strategy and execution.
  • Ability to develop and implement integrated content strategies across platforms.
  • Ability to monitor content performance and make strategic adjustments.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive content
