Gather customer feedback, monitor performance, communicate progress to stakeholders, and maintain relationships with customers and partners. The role requires comfort with PKI, cryptography, cybersecurity, and enterprise security software.

Leads moderate-complexity professional services engagements, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, customer communications, escalations, delivery resources, KPIs, and project data. Serves as the primary contact for approximately 12–16 enterprise projects, coordinates internal and customer meetings, interprets contracts, develops scalable processes, and drives customer satisfaction while ensuring projects align with organizational goals.

Owns channel strategy and partner coverage across the Eastern United States. Builds strategic relationships, joint business plans, partner-sourced pipeline, enablement programs, and multi-partner co-sell opportunities. The role serves as a technical champion and primary partner contact, supports project scoping and handoffs to internal teams, reduces time to value through playbooks, and collaborates with sales and service teams to align partner delivery with business goals.

Supports post-sale technical relationships for customer accounts, helping with solution adoption, routine technical requests, onboarding, account meetings, issue escalation, and usage monitoring. Coordinates with Support, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues, documents customer updates and action items, and contributes to customer-facing resources and process improvements under senior team supervision.

Manage Atlanta office operations and workplace services, including supplies, vendors, procurement, deliveries, mail, access, parking, catering, hospitality, and meeting logistics. Provide administrative support to HR, executives, and cross-functional teams while coordinating employee events, engagement initiatives, communications, rewards, recognition, and culture programs.
