The Senior Solutions Architect II leads the design and implementation of large-scale solutions, drives innovation, and mentors team members. They also collaborate on pre-sales with Sales teams and serve as technical escalation points for complex issues.

Lead QA strategy for Redtrust's digital-signature and certificate-management platform: define risk-based test strategy, prioritize and convert manual regression to automation-first, design test plans, coordinate Product/Development/QA, track defects and quality metrics, mentor junior QA, and drive CI/CD test integration and continuous QA improvements.
