Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Session plan design, develop & Conduct the training.
- Should be aligned with the industry and can manage strong relationship with all the stake holders.
- keep control of the calendar in a proactive way, Create plan in consent with the Stake holders
- Develop, track, maintain and submit training reports and documents
- Ensuring 100% of students attendance at all the time
- Administrative knowledge to handles a Training centre
- Conducting regular feedback from batches
- Keep learner’s data in safe custody
- Create and maintain a good learning atmosphere/climate
- Strong guidance and instructions on how to conduct hands-on exercises
- An active listener and possess good questioning skills
- Explain technical concepts with & without using “techy” terminology according to the target audience's knowledge level.
- Engage people and maintain a high level of interactivity during the training sessions
- ITI/Diploma holder with 5-10 years of experience
- Excellent understanding of Tower Technology
- Preferably from Telecom industry with knowledge on DG, Air conditioner, Battery bank, SMPS, Power equipment etc.
- Should have excellent command over Technical Skills and Soft Skills.
- Should be open for travelling, at least 24 days in a month.
