Job Objective: This position aims to ensure the quality and efficiency of our software applications by designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated test scripts for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Execute and maintain automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) process.
- Identify and document test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve software quality.
- Research and recommend appropriate automation tools and frameworks for different projects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in test automation and software quality.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in technical leadership and team management in software.
Coursework or certification in software testing or quality assurance are advantageous.
Experience in development projects or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (master's degree preferred).
