Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a Billing App in React that integrates with Microsoft Power Platform, SQL Databases, and Microsoft Great Plains.
- Deploy solutions to Microsoft Azure as an Azure Static Web App.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to the development team, ensuring high development velocity each sprint.
- Collaborate closely with a team based in multiple locations.
- Actively contribute to the development and solutions of the team.
Hard Skills - Must have:
- Strong Experience with .NET.
- Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Experience with Azure Static Web Apps.
Hard Skills - Nice to have/It's a plus:
- Proficiency in React or other frontend technologies..
- Experience with shadcn/ui.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate + Dataverse).
Soft Skills / Business Specific Skills:
- Ability to lead technical teams, particularly in coaching/guiding junior developers.
- Capability to identify and communicate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, ensuring the team meets project timelines.
