I'm Jussi Jääskeläinen, Chief Architect & Head of Service Hub, and I'm actively seeking a technically savvy and inspiring leader to join and expand our current SW Development and SRE teams.
As Team Leader you will be pivotal in establishing and guiding a high-performing team of SW Developers and DevOps Engineers focused on our critical in-house integration and feature add-on capability, Service Hub. We believe in leadership that actively contributes; therefore, you will also take on the Product Owner role for the system team, leveraging your strong background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps to drive technical excellence and strategic direction.
Our technical landscape includes public and sovereign cloud environments such as AWS, UpCloud & Welkin K8s, and we operate with essential tools like GitHub & Jira. Our daily operations are deeply rooted in DevSecOps, GitOps, IaC, CI/CD, observability, code scanning, and automated testing (including penetration testing), with an exciting vision to evolve towards AIOps. Your team members will also be integrated into our application development teams, placing you at the heart of our technical ecosystem.
We foster close collaboration with our Swedish partner, operating mixed teams across multiple physical locations. This role offers significant growth potential, allowing you to take on increasing technical and commercial ownership of the entire Service Hub area.

Your expertise in evaluating both the technical skills and personal traits of candidates is paramount, as the success of our insourcing initiative critically depends on your ability to recruit the right individuals. Monthly salary range for this position: 5420 - 8130 EUR before tax deduction.
