We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruiting team and help us attract exceptional talent across software, AI, robotics, hardware, and engineering roles.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions.
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and additional creative sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define recruiting strategies.
- Conduct screening interviews and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS systems.
- Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives across social media and professional communities.
- Help drive a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a startup or high-tech environment.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software, AI, Robotics, Hardware, Embedded, or related fields.
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized mindset.
- Fluent English and Hebrew.
- Experience working with ATS systems such as Comeet.
- Previous experience in robotics, deep-tech, or AI-driven companies.
- Strong networking and headhunting abilities for niche technical domains.
- Experience supporting employer branding initiatives.

- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
