Manage daily Herzliya office operations, facilities, equipment, supplies, vendors, budgets, business travel, employee wellbeing initiatives, events, and administrative projects. Serve as the primary administrative contact for approximately 100 employees, proactively improve workplace operations, and coordinate services in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment.

Design and develop compact mechanisms for dexterous robotic hands, fingers, and wrists from concept through production. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, manufacturing drawings, mechanism and structural analysis, prototype assembly and testing, fixture design, failure investigation, component and material selection, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also supports supplier coordination and transition to repeatable production.

Design, develop, and optimize software components for an AI-driven humanoid robot, focusing on C/C++ and Python for production-grade systems.

Operate and maintain multi-node GPU/HPC clusters (SLURM); manage NVIDIA GPU software stack and high-speed interconnects; own parallel and network storage; administer enterprise networking, identity/directory services and SaaS SSO; provision and manage mixed endpoints (Linux, Windows, macOS); run server-room operations and support development teams as the IT site technical owner.

The AI Researcher will design, train, and deploy advanced neural network models for robotics applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate models into physical robots, focusing on machine learning lifecycle management.

The Senior Backend Engineer will architect and develop software for robotic operations, focusing on APIs, control systems, and cross-functional integration with AI and hardware teams.
