Design and execute validation plans, debug cross-domain failures, instrument systems with diagnostic tools, build dashboards/KPIs, document results, and develop automated regression and continuous validation infrastructure to support fleet deployment.

Lead DFM/DFA reviews and manage NPI from pilot runs to mass production. Own BOM/PLM configuration, SOPs, V&V, ECOs, root-cause analysis, and vendor/supply-chain coordination to optimize scalable, cost-effective production.
