We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join the Cloud Platform team. The platform team is responsible for building and operating the applications’ management layer for monday.com cloud environment. The platform team builds the tools the rest of R&D depends on every day: an internal platform for self-service infrastructure, a dedicated Terraform CI/CD tool, service inventory and ownership systems, and the deployment layer behind hundreds of microservices on EKS clusters. The Cloud Platform team runs as part of the Cloud Engineering group.

About The RoleJoin a team building the next-generation application infrastructure tooling. You’ll work closely with talented software engineers and tech leads to design, build, and evolve the cloud infrastructure and production environments that support the core of our business and ventures.
In this role, you will:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and own a GitOps platform for both infrastructure and business applications, along with provisioning tooling.
- Partner closely with multiple builder teams from the entire org to improve developer velocity, reliability, observability, and operational excellence
- Help define infrastructure patterns, best practices, and standards across a growing portfolio of products

3+ years of experience as a DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineer
- Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, systems, and production environments
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Strong knowledge of software development, automation, and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience building internal developer platforms or tooling that improves engineering productivity
- Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-moving, product-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills, team mindset, and empathy
- Passion for building infrastructure that helps teams move faster and supports products used by millions
Advantages
- Experience building and supporting agentic workflows or building infra for AI agents (e.g., scoped credentials, audit, sandboxing).
- Familiarity with scalability, performance optimization, and cost management in cloud environments
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, logging, and troubleshooting distributed systems in production
