Join the Global Field Enablement Digital Transformation and Adoption team, which drives transformation and adoption initiatives that improve the productivity, scale, and experience of field teams and employees. The team partners across GTM, IT, Finance, HCM, and Enablement to deliver digital adoption strategies, system and process transformation, automation, and seamless user experiences.
Your ImpactAs part of the Digital Transformation and Adoption team, you will help address transformation and adoption needs across the organization by designing, implementing, and supporting digital adoption solutions. You will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use data-driven insights to improve user productivity, performance, and experience.
Deliver and maintain Digital Adoption solutions to provide a seamless experience for internal teams and end users.
Implement digital adoption strategies and solutions across functions including GTM, Finance, IT, HCM, and Enablement.
Participate in the solutioning, design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) solutions.
Identify and implement process improvements that optimize user productivity and performance, using metrics and insights to provide recommendations and share best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex projects, serving as a subject matter expert and contributing to automation and system transformation initiatives.
2+ years of experience in digital adoption, consulting, enablement, systems and tools, system administration, operations, or a related field.
Experience participating in the solutioning, design, development, implementation, and support of digital adoption solutions.
Experience working on complex projects involving multiple teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience with digital adoption or enablement platforms such as Salesforce, WalkMe, Whatfix, Mindtickle, or Seismic.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience with enterprise systems and tools such as Gong, Confluence, Jira, Lucidchart, Okta, SailPoint, Workday, Anaplan, or SAP Ariba.
Experience with AI agent development or GenAI technologies and platforms such as Cursor or n8n.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
