Main Responsibilities:
• Analyse source systems and define robust migration strategies and data transformation logic.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Create detailed data mapping documentation, migration scripts, test plans, and reconciliation reports.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for migrated data and validate results against business requirements.
• Analyse portal and technical requirements, translate business needs into clear technical specifications, and assist with solution implementation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including project managers, developers, and QA specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data migration and portal issues during implementation and deployment.
• Provide client‑facing technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong hands‑on experience with ETL processes, SQL/T‑SQL, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Proven experience preparing technical and functional requirements documentation.
• Solid business analysis skills and ability to gather, document, and translate complex requirements into actionable Technical specifications.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs (REST/JSON/SOAP), and data flows between systems.
• Comfortable working in client‑facing technical roles and managing project deliverables concurrently.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (critical for local and international engagements).
