This role will troubleshoot complete PC systems and CORSAIR products, including hardware, software, installation, compatibility, firmware, and performance issues. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and troubleshooting desktop computers and can clearly explain technical solutions to customers.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support through inbound phone calls and live chat.
- Troubleshoot PC components, including memory, power supplies, cooling systems, storage, motherboards, processors, graphics cards, cases, fans, and peripherals.
- Assist with Windows, BIOS settings, drivers, firmware, device detection, and CORSAIR software.
- Guide customers through installation, configuration, compatibility, and troubleshooting steps.
- Identify defective products and assist with warranty or replacement processes.
- Accurately document customer interactions and troubleshooting performed.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues when necessary.
- Maintain strong productivity, documentation, and customer satisfaction results.
- Hands-on experience building, upgrading, or repairing desktop computers.
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, Windows, drivers, BIOS or UEFI, and common diagnostic procedures.
