Technical Support Scientist

岗位职责：
1. 负责支持销售团队达成高通量测序，分子生物学服务，基因编辑等业务线的销售目标；
2. 与业务部门和销售经理紧密合作，通过实用信息和工具为客户提供技术咨询和方案建议；
3. 参与重要客户的技术沟通和方案设计，负责给客户提供强大的专业支持和技术能力展示；
4. 开展支持业务线的业绩回顾及销售策略的辅助制定，为市场团队提供最新的竞品分析和产品趋势分析。

任职资格：
1. 生物化学，细胞生物学或分子生物学相关领域硕士及以上学历； 博士学位优先；
2. 精通NGS或代谢组,至少2年以上在生命科学，生物技术，生物医药行业有销售或支持的工作经验，；
3. 具备较强的分析、解决问题能力，和较强的市场洞察能力；
4. 有良好沟通能力及跨部门合作能力，有团队精神，能适应不定时工作及出差；
5. 具有良好的演讲技巧和技术，能够以英语和汉语进行口头或书面交流。

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets for business lines including high-throughput sequencing, molecular biology services, and gene editing.
• Collaborate closely with business units and sales managers to provide technical consultation and solution recommendations to clients using practical information and tools.
• Participate in technical communications and solution design for key clients, delivering strong professional support and demonstrating technical capabilities.
• Conduct performance reviews for supported business lines and assist in formulating sales strategies, while providing the marketing team with up-to-date competitive analysis and product trend insights.

Job Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or above in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related fields; a Ph.D. is preferred.
• Proficient in NGS or metabolomics, with at least 2 years of experience in sales or support roles within the life sciences, biotechnology, or biopharmaceutical industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and market insight capabilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, a team player, and ability to adapt to irregular working hours and business travel.
• Strong presentation and technical skills, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both English and Chinese.
