Technical Support Representative with Spanish and English (Night Shifts – 4/6/8 hours)

As we continue to grow our customer service center in Sofia, we are looking for Technical Support Specialists to assist customers with:

• Internet routers and Wi-Fi configuration

• Smart control systems

• Device integration and usage

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support via phone and email

• Assist with questions related to accounts, products, and orders

• Use available tools and resources to resolve customer issues

• Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Follow established procedures and guidelines

• Redirect inquiries to appropriate departments when necessary

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Very good level of Spanish – minimum B2

• Good command of English – minimum B2

• Solid computer literacy and ability to multitask

• Knowledge of internet routers and network troubleshooting

• Previous experience or interest in consumer electronics

• Ability to explain technical information in a simple, clear way

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work shifts, including night shifts
