As we continue to grow our customer service center in Sofia, we are looking for Technical Support Specialists to assist customers with:
Internet routers and Wi-Fi configuration
Smart control systems
Device integration and usage
📌 Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support via phone and email
Assist with questions related to accounts, products, and orders
Use available tools and resources to resolve customer issues
Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Follow established procedures and guidelines
Redirect inquiries to appropriate departments when necessary
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Very good level of Spanish – minimum B2
Good command of English – minimum B2
Solid computer literacy and ability to multitask
Knowledge of internet routers and network troubleshooting
Previous experience or interest in consumer electronics
Ability to explain technical information in a simple, clear way
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work shifts, including night shifts
