Job Description:
- Responsible to answer all questions and inquiries from dealer and dentists
- Ensure all customers requests are resolved in timely manner independently and all inboxes (CRM queue, e-mail, chat ..etc.) are empty following the work instructions.
- Proactive action in case either the service level is not met or the daily work not managed and Continuously improve technical knowledge.
- Provide 2nd Level support for implementation of DTX Studio. This includes installation, migration of legacy or 3rd party databases, interaction with dealer/IT integrator when language allows.
- Ensure escalations with 3rd level are being follow up and customer can use the software as expected.
Job Requirements:
Critical Knowledge and Qualifications: (what the role holder must know; including any required general or professional qualifications/education)
- Technical Education in Software and/or IT
- Fluent English and other European language
- Experience in Servicing and Installing Equipment, Computers and Software
Critical Skills/technical know-how: (what the role holder must be able to do)
- Very good Communication Skills (verbal & written)
- Sense of Urgency, must be able to recognize and set priorities
- Familiarity with Apple all Microsoft Operative systems
