We're Quantlane, a proprietary trading firm built for traders. We run a diversified portfolio of systematic and discretionary strategies across equities, futures, energy, and commodities. Technology is a key part of our success — and its reliability is absolutely critical.
👨💻 How we work
Quantlane has 37 people today, 16 of whom are on the development team. We work in an agile, iterative way and put a lot of emphasis on quality and testing. We operate in specialized sub-teams focused on Execution, Data, and Infrastructure — and Support is a full partner to all of them. Trading at Quantlane happens in real time, so reliability isn't a nice-to-have — it's the foundation of everything we do.
📊 Who we're looking for
We're looking for a Technical Support Lead to build, set up, and grow internal support for our trading environment over the long term. This is a new role that sits at the intersection of support, DevOps, and engineering — with a direct impact on trading stability and the team's day-to-day efficiency.
We need someone who can take ownership and stay calm when things go wrong. Someone who communicates clearly and concisely under pressure — whether talking to traders or technical teams. You think systematically, you're not just looking for quick fixes, you set things up so they work long-term. You're comfortable working independently and you take a proactive approach.
🔥 Want to help build something that has a real impact on how our traders operate every day? Come join us! 🚀

Selecting and configuring the right tools for incident management and support
Owning the quality of documentation (runbooks, playbooks, internal guides)
Analyzing incident trends and proposing systemic improvements
Communicating with traders during incidents
Setting standards for production support and on-call
Staying hands-on — not just setting up processes, but actively taking part in incident resolution

Brand new, modern offices in Karlín
Hybrid setup — ideally 3 days on-site
Regular sessions with a company therapist / coach
